Hello and welcome to the second stage of our recruitment exercise! We are excited to see what you will bring to the table in this business case assessment.

 

You are advised to click the assessment link only when you are ready to take the assessment, as your response must be submitted within eight hours of clicking on the link. Also prepare to submit your CV alongside.

 

Before you begin, please read the following instructions carefully to ensure that you understand the requirements and guidelines for this assessment.

 

1. This business case assessment has two sections, and you are required to solve one business problem in each section i.e., one case from section 1, and the section case from section 2
2. In preparing your response, you can use Word, PowerPoint, or Excel format (whichever is applicable). Just keep in mind that we do not accept PDF file submissions.
3. Please name your document in this format: Section X- Name e.g.  Section 1 – Mary Isa
4. Ensure to reference any relevant data sources and information you used to support your response to the attempted business problems.
5. Before submitting your response, review it carefully to ensure that it is complete and meets all of the guidelines and requirements.
6. Please be assured that we do not expect perfection. Just do your best to demonstrate your skills and abilities.

 

Section 1: Fixed Case Questions

• In this section, you will be presented with 4 case studies to choose from. Please read through each case study carefully and choose the one that you feel most comfortable with. You are required to solve only one case study in this section.

Section 2: Choose Your Problem Statement

• In this section, you will be presented with six different markets. Please choose only one market and think creatively about a problem that you would like to solve in that market.
• This section would also require you to create a simple design of your solution using Figma. The link to your Figma file should be pasted in the provided area when submitting

Finally, try to stay calm and focused as you take the assessment. Take a break in between too!

Remember that the goal is not to be perfect, but to do your best and aim to submit the best version of your response within eight (8) hours of accessing the link

Submission format.

Please name your document in this format: Section X- Name e.g.  Section 1 – Mary Isa

1. In the box where you see "drop files here, paste or browse" , please attach and submit your  document for each business case section, one at a time 
2. Also attach and submit your CV as well
3. In the text box where you see "type your response", please paste  the link to your Figma file for section 2 business case and submit
4. Please upload and submit each document individually 

 All submissions should be within the 8 Hours time allocation
